Angel Locsin born Angelica Colmenares on April 23, 1985, is a commercial model in the Philippines, Locsin was born in Santa Maria, Bulacan, Philippines. Her parents separated when she was 14 years old, and she has since lived with her father, Angelo Colmenares , Locsin had her elementary education in Bulacan and finished high school at the University of Santo Tomas High School, Manila.n August 2007 she attended a short-course for fashion design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, United Kingdom.
